Christmas Cake

There is little that can challenge the deep textures of Christmas Cake, with its heavy flavours, sweet icing and filling portions. It lasts a while too, getting richer and tastier by the day. The only problem is that Christmas comes once a year. However, one can make bara brith in the meantime, which has a very similar flavour =)
