Lasagne is an interesting dish. Although it's Italian, we've always had it at home and so it feels like traditional British food even though it's technically not. I used to use a heavily tomato-based recipe, but recently I have begun to turn towards other vegetables, although tomatoes are still included.
This lasagne had sweet potato, red lentil, pearl barley and blue cheese on top =)
P.S. it was lovely! (It's hard for lasagne to be anything else!)
Hmm, it sounds interesting. I've never eat such a lasagne but I'd like to try.
