Pizza....

I used to make quick pizza bases, but that stopped when I realised that I didn't quite like them as much as before. So here's a new version. With yeast, flour and a little salt. And some patience! I've added two types of cheese, cheddar and feta (placed on top after it's cooked) and then some salad and olive oil. The tomato sauce is of course cooked at home, just an onion, tomatoes, a pepper and some random spices. Now just need to go on a big cycle ride to burn it all off!
