Mince Pies (It's Christmas)

I love mince pies. You cook the mince meat (or buy it) and then make the pastry. The pastry isn't too complex, you just mix the ingredients together, let it cool for a while and then roll it up into the shapes you like. These were my first mince pies before Christmas, obviously I need to work on my shapes! But I think with the weeks that remain I can make them better and better until they look smashing for Christmas day, what do you think? Would you like to try one?
