More Bread

I like bread. It's simple. It's cute. It's tasty. What's not to like? Recently I've been using these silicon loaf 'tins', and, as you can see in the picture, they don't support the bread well in the middle. But then again, if it tastes good, what does it matter if it's listing like a ship? The real way to deal with it is putting the silicon one inside a real loaf tin, so you get the shape without the problem of your bread sticking etc. But I don't have a real loaf tin, and it seems silly to buy one when I'll only use it as a mold...
