Double cheese and tomato melts with olives and crushed black pepper


Take one focaccia bun, slice it into three and warm it up in the oven for 5 mins. Then make a tomato sauce (my one used roasted veg from an earlier meal mixed with tomatoes). Take the warm focaccia slices out of the oven, spread the tomato sauce over, add some sliced olives and cheese and return to the oven for 1 or 2 mins. Serve and enjoy warm =)
